Milk Pan Cooling Cupboard

This unusual cupboard with 7 shelves was used for cooling milk pans. It would look great in a
country kitchen with plates and bowls etc. We had a large display of milk pans in it but sold them
before we were able to get any pictures. It measures 16” deep, 29 ½” wide and 48” high. There is
5 inches of space between the lower 6 shelves with the top shelf having 5 ½ inches from the top to
the next shelf down. It has a cutout base, mellow reddish surface and dates to the mid 19th C.

Unique Rustic Four Legged Plant Stand

This is a terrific Rustic Stand having an unusual form with 4 crossed legs and a square top plus
a wonderful original surface featuring a dry, crackled mustard paint. It has an Adirondack style
look but was found in the midwest. It dates to the late 19th or early 20th C. It is 32 in. high.
The top measures 10 X 10 inches and is almost 2 inches thick. The bottom diameter is 18 in.

Tilt Top Cherry Candlestand

A very appealing Tilt Top Candlestand with spider legs, spade feet, very nicely shaped baluster
column, and an oval top. In cherry with a nicely refinished surface. Late 18th or early 19th C.
In very good condition. Measures 29 ½ in. high closed and the top is 21 X 13 ½ inches.

An unusual form on this folky solid and heavy country stand which features tapered
legs, a very good original crackled red painted surface and a round top and middle tier.

Paint Decorated Table Top Cupboard

This folk art original paint decorated table top 1 Door Cupboard dates to the mid 19th C. and
features a framed grain painted surface on 3 sides and square nail construction. It was originally
a thick wooden crate stenciled Hayward Rubber Co. of Colchester CT. on the bottom. It has a
red painted interior with 3 shelves. The grain paint is period to the piece.
Measures 28 X 15 ½ X 12 inches.

Federal Period Server

This is a very elegant Federal period flaming birch server in a nicely refinished surface with a
shaped backsplash and excellent shaped legs which are a variation on the traditional NY State
style. The server has curved and shaped side handles which we believe are a later addition and
the drawer pulls are replacements. Excellent condition. 42 W, 22 D and 37 H to the top of the
backsplash. The nicely dovetailed drawer is 9 ½” high.

A plank seat country Baltimore fancy chair with its original yellow paint, black
striping and accents and paint decoration to simulate the classical Greek and
Roman designs and ormolu mountings. Excellent paint and condition.

Windsor Bird Cage Rocker Yellow Paint

This is a very charming Lady’s Windsor rocker in original chrome yellow
paint with a vine decoration on the back spindle. It has nicely shaped rockers
and saddle seat with a graceful cant to the back. Dates early to mid 19th C.
Measures 32” high and 19” max width. The rockers are 26” in length.

Hepplewhite One Drawer Stand

A very handsome late 18th or early 19th C. Federal period Hepplewhite one
drawer stand having beaded drawer fronts, tapered legs, dovetailed drawer
and old, possibly original pull. The top and drawer front are figured walnut.
Condition is excellent. The stand is a desirable slightly larger size measuring
24” X 20 5/8” and 28 ½” high.

Tall Sheraton Bird's Eye Maple & Cherry Server or Silver Chest

From a home in upstate New York, this beautiful server or silver chest has
3 solid bird’s-eye maple drawers and a cherry case with a lower fitted shelf.
It has paneled sides and shaped and turned New York legs, both front and back.
In excellent condition with a minor repair to the right front corner of the lower
shelf. Ca: 1790 – 1820. Measures 41” Ht; 32 ½” Wd; 23” Dp.

Wall Cupboard with 2 Doors and Old Dry Surface

2 door with 5 shelves and a great dry surface in original grey/white paint with sides
showing an old green over the original grey/white. 18th C. New England, probably
CT. Acquired by prior owner 30 plus years ago. Square nail construction. Measures
72” high, 41 ½” wide, and only 13 ½” deep. Usual surface wear and imperfections,
replaced wooden door latches, and trim on the side which we believe indicates that it
was originally built in.
